Refund policy

At The Great Name, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Return Conditions: All items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Final Sale Items: Please note that books and collaboration items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• In-Store Purchases: Items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store. Online orders cannot be returned at our physical locations.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Processing

• Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 5-10 business days.

• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. For U.S. orders, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note: If your return does not meet our return conditions, you will be notified via email, and the item will be returned to you at your expense. For more details, please review our Terms of Sale.

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
