Failed Delivery/Return to Sender
In instances where the package cannot be delivered to the designated shipping address due to factors attributable to the customer (such as an inaccurate phone number, shipping address, or the absence of the receiver), or if the customer declines to accept the package, it will be sent back to the sender (The Great Name) at the customer's expense. This cost covers shipping fees, along with any duties and taxes the package may have incurred. The deducted amount will be subtracted from the total order value for the refund.

If you receive a damaged and/or opened package, kindly capture photographs of the damage before examining the contents. Initiate a claim through the courier responsible for shipping your order.
